Cage Tags founder, Sam Albrecht, is very involved in the livestock industry. Seeing all the unique visual identification systems used throughout the livestock industry, Sam wanted to create a useful system of identification for caged animals.

Very tired of the lack of a user friendly identification system available to the small animal industries Sam created Cage Tags in hopes of being able to provide a functionable indentification system to those involved in small animal husbandry.

Shari Albrecht has been involved in the design and development of Cage Tags since day 1. Her vast experience in rabbits helped make the product successful. Today, Shari is the Chief Operating Officer for the company including marketing, IT, retail and wholesale operations, and financial management.
